Thomas Michael Bond, född 13 januari 1926 i Newbury i Berkshire, död 27 juni 2017 i London, var en brittisk författare. Bond är främst känd för sin barnböcker om björnen Paddington. Mer än 35 miljoner Paddington-böcker har sålts världen runt, böckerna har också filmatiserats ett flertal gånger.

Bond begynte å jobbe som skribent i 1945. In 1997 Michael Bond was awarded an OBE for services to children’s literature and this was followed by a CBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours in 2015. For the last 37 years of his life Michael Bond lived in London, not far from Paddington Station where it all began. He continued to write until shortly before he died on 27 th June 2017, aged 91.
